These terms and conditions apply to customers requesting relocation, packing, vehicle transport, storage, and related services from Govind Packers & Movers. By submitting an enquiry or booking a service, customers agree to the practical service conditions mentioned below.
Quotation and booking
Moving charges depend on goods volume, pickup and destination address, floor level, lift availability, packing material, vehicle type, manpower, distance, insurance value, storage requirement, and service date. Final pricing is confirmed after understanding the actual move requirement.
Customer responsibilities
- Share accurate pickup, destination, contact, and item details
- Keep valuables, jewellery, cash, documents, medicines, and personal essentials separately
- Inform the team about fragile, restricted, hazardous, or high-value goods
- Arrange building permissions, lift access, parking access, and society approvals when required
Packing, transport, and delivery
Govind Packers & Movers aims to provide careful packing, loading, transport, unloading, and delivery support. Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic, weather, route conditions, customer availability, vehicle restrictions, or other operational factors.
Insurance and claims
Transit insurance is optional and should be requested before dispatch. Claim terms depend on the insurance provider, declared goods value, documentation, and policy conditions.
Service changes and delays
Any additional goods, extra pickup or drop point, difficult access, long carrying distance, waiting time, storage requirement, or change in delivery address may affect the final service cost and timeline.
